Use Known issues on a program’s Manage page to record vulnerabilities your team already knows about. Hackrate creates a report marked Known issue. You can find it in report management, where the badge distinguishes it from a researcher submission.

Create one known issue

Open Known issues and choose the single issue form. Enter a report title, severity, target, summary, description, and impact. You can also provide a CVSS vector, CWE, and vulnerability type. The text fields support Markdown. Click Create known issue to save the report. The target selector also includes disabled and out-of-scope targets for internal tracking. A known issue is an internal record and is not eligible for a bounty or bonus.

Import a CSV

Choose the bulk import tab and click Download sample CSV. The required columns are Name, TargetId, Severity, Summary, Description, and Impact. Optional columns are CVSS, CWETypeId, and VulnTypeId. Use the target reference in the import dialog to find the correct IDs. Upload a CSV of at most 500 rows and 2 MB. The import is atomic: if any row is invalid, Hackrate creates no reports. Correct the errors and upload the file again.
Known issues are excluded from the current bounty queue and reward actions. Use Report triage for researcher submissions.
